Accessibility statement

01Our commitment

Blutec wants everyone to be able to use ping.blutec.ai, whatever their abilities and whatever technology they use. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referenced by EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act.

02What we have done

This site has been built with accessibility in mind:

  • Semantic HTML with one main landmark, a skip link, labelled navigation and a logical heading order on every page
  • Every interactive element can be reached and operated with the keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
  • Accordions, menus and dialogs expose their state to assistive technology (ARIA), and dialogs keep focus inside them until they are closed
  • Forms have visible labels, clear error messages linked to their fields, and status messages announced by screen readers
  • Motion respects the “reduce motion” system setting: scroll-driven scenes fall back to ordinary stacked layout and nothing is hidden
  • An accessibility menu (bottom corner, or Ctrl+U) lets you change contrast, text size, spacing, fonts, cursor, animations and more — stored on your device only
  • Text can be resized to 200% and the layout reflows without loss of content
  • Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers; the product mockups are drawn with HTML and CSS rather than images

03Known limitations

We are aware of the following and are working on them:

  • The animated background gradient and some product mockups are decorative and cannot convey information by themselves
  • The product overview video is hosted on YouTube; captions depend on the YouTube player
  • Some small labels use light grey text; the “Dark contrast” or “Light contrast” setting in the accessibility menu raises them to full contrast

04How this statement was prepared

This statement was prepared on 21 September 2026 after a self-assessment of the site’s templates and components against WCAG 2.1 AA, using keyboard-only navigation, screen readers and automated checks. It is reviewed whenever the site changes significantly.
